Your sensitive payment data is not stored on our servers.

🔒 Security & Data Protection

All payments are processed via certified payment service providers (Stripe / Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna).

We do not store full card or account details on our systems.

💶 Prices, Currency & Taxes

All prices are final prices in Euro (EUR).
According to § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no sales tax is shown.
There are no hidden fees or additional costs.
Shipping within Germany is free (see Shipping Information ).

📬 Order & Payment Process

After a successful order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
Payment will be debited upon order acceptance.
For purchases on account, the terms of the respective provider (e.g., Klarna) apply.
After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.

🎟️ Vouchers & Discounts

Active voucher codes can be entered at checkout.
Discounts will be displayed in the final price before payment.
If a discount does not work, please contact us before completing your order.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Processing time: 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return
(see Returns & Refunds ).
For partial cancellations, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

⚠️ Failed Payments & Authorizations

If your payment is declined, please check: card details, limit, or 3D Secure approval.
Alternatively, choose another payment method.
For credit card payments, temporary authorization holds may occur; these will automatically resolve if the payment is not completed.
