We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aveloro. If something doesn't fit or doesn't meet your expectations, you can simply and easily return your order.

Return Period
You have the right to cancel your order and return it within 30 days of receiving the goods.

How to Return
Contact us by email at support@aveloro.de and provide your order number and reason for return.
We will send you all further information on the return process.
Return the item to us within 14 days of receiving the return information. Please keep the proof of postage and tracking information.

Important Notes
The cost of the return is borne by the buyer.
Please register returns in advance by email so that we can correctly assign and process them.
An exchange is also possible. Please contact us in advance by email for this.

Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
